PRIMARY EXHIBITOR, additional EXHIBTOR, & VENDOR attendee REGISTRATION

Primary Exhibitor registration includes:

• One exhibitor registration

• Exhibitor booth (comes with one table and electrical usage (15 Amps/1500 Watts or less)

• Half page advertisement in the program

• Meals: Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and President's Reception on Wednesday, September 7th; Buffet Breakfast and President's Banquet on Thursday, September 8th; and Farewell Buffet Breakfast on Friday, September 9th.

• Winery Excursion on Wednesday, September 7th

Additional Exhibitor / Vendor Attendee registration includes:

• One exhibitor registration

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Meals: Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Winery Excursion, and President's Reception on Wednesday, September 7th; Buffet Breakfast and President's Banquet on Thursday, September 8th; and Farewell Buffet Breakfast on Friday, September 9th.

While we expect to have adequate room to accommodate all exhibitors, your early registration will guarantee your space. A complete listing of all attendees will be provided to each exhibitor approximately three weeks prior to the conference.

Opportunity drawings

There will be an Exhibit Hall Passport Contest encouraging attendees to visit all displaying Exhibitors throughout the conference. If you wish to participate, please provide a token gift (minimum $20 recommended; gift cards are a great idea) for the giveaway drawing. This is not to replace any Exhibitor prize drawings that you may have planned. All prize drawings will be during Exhibitor visiting time.
